The LGL is located at Place Auguste Laurent, near the Hall Victor Hugo (also known as "Old Exhibition Halls" / "Aal Foire's Haalen") and near the Limpertsberg Church. (access map here)

Take the rue des Glacis at the Rond-Point Schumann, then the Avenue Victor Hugo, and you'll see the LGL to your left. The building is easy to recognize with its red brick facade and its clock tower.
